VENDOR RETURN POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday , excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 72 hrs. from the time of order confirmation.

All orders are shipped at 3 different flat rate shipping.

• USPS First Class - $3.50 arrives between 3 - 7 business days

• USPS First Class Insured - $5.00 arrives between 3-7 business days. (see terms for lost packages)

• USPS Priority Mail - $7.50 arrives 2 -3 business days anywhere in the US.

• All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.

• Please ensure that you include the complete shipping address in your order, including apartment number, floor and/or suite etc.

• LoveJaded Designs is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided that results in a lost a package.

• LoveJaded Designs is not not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However if a package has been lost or stolen an investigation can be made with the postal service. If insurance was placed on the package via USPS First Class Insured/ USPS Priority Mail - and the post office closed the cased in the clients favor a replacement can be sent. Insurance does not automatically confirm that a replacement will be sent,

• Updates can not be made to an order once a shipping confirmation has been sent.

• Price adjustments can not be made once an order has been confirmed.

• Express Delivery is offered at an additional fee, please contact us for further information.

Adverse weather conditions may cause a delay in delivery. LoveJaded Designs. is not responsible for the impacts this may cause on the delivery of your order.

All item(s) listed on the site are made to order and can not be processed for a return. Exchanges can be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. Item(s) must be unworn in items original packaging.

All international orders are FINAL SALE not valid for an exchange or refund.

LoveJaded Designs reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on item(s) deemed not to be resalable. All SALE and/or Custom made item(s) are FINAL SALE.

At times LoveJaded Designs will host pop-up shops and attend vendor shows; any item(s) purchased at these events are considered FINAL SALE and not valid for a refund.
