1. Pricing and Promotions

Despite our best efforts to keep all information accurate and up to date, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If at the time of dispatch, it is found that the products price is incorrect someone will be in contact with you directly.

2. Price Adjustments

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped out, price adjustments will not be made.

3. Pre-order Items

If you have ordered several pre-order items at one time, we may deliver such items on different days at no additional cost to you.

4. Returns and Exchanges

It is our intention to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policies for LoveJaded vendor and online purchases.

5. Custom Orders

All wire-wrapped rings, are custom made to your specific measurements and can not be returned these items are considered final sale.

There are instances where select items will be deemed custom made. The custom made badge can be found in the description of these select items.

6. The Crochet Shop

The crochet shop is a seasonal category that has all made-to-order items. These items are deemed final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged after the four hour time frame established in section 7.

All items from the crochet shop is shipped within 7 - 10 business days from the date that the order is placed. Please allow this time-frame before tracking is sent with your confirmation email. If there are any questions in regards to this please Contact Us directly.

7. Canceling An Order

Orders for custom made pieces can not be canceled after 4 hours of submitting an order. These orders can not be canceled as they are now in the process of being created for you.

All other orders must be canceled within 24 hours from order submission. All orders that are in dispatch status can not be canceled and will be shipped to the address on file.

8. Domestic & International Delivery

Domestic Delivery has two shipping options —- USPS First Class arrives anywhere in the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) within 3-5 business days after dispatching out of our studio at a starting cost of $3. USPS Priority Mail arrives anywhere in the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) within 1-3 business days at a flat rate of $7.

We currently offer USPS International Delivery to select countries at a starting cost of $11 which arrives within 14 -21 business days. International Orders are done through the custom order form only.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico need to also use the custom order form to place an order.

9. Custom & Duties for International Delivery

Custom & Duties are not included in the delivery charges shown on Lovejadeddesigns.com . Custom & Duties charges are due upon delivery and are determined by the county in which it is being delivered. Custom & Duties Charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon receipt of item(s) , LoveJaded Designs will not be responsible for these additional charges.

All International Delivery Item(s) are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Abandoned Packages will not be refunded.

10. Selfie Drop [ Instagram, Facebook, Twitter}

In using the tag #LoveJadedStyle you enter into a contract with LoveJaded Designs permitting use by us and/or any authorized party we deem fit - to use the image, text, graphics, audio and video clips that you have submitted posted or displayed on any of the mentioned social platforms.

These terms permits use . full paid and royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use any contact that is tagged by you, with any merchandise created by LoveJaded Designs. LoveJaded Designs is not responsible for providing a tag to where this information has been obtained.

This content may be altered, copied or recreated for advertisement use with/without identifiable notice to you.

You agree to waive any rights to this content for profit use once you have tagged, mentioned or shared your photo with us.

Any personal data which you may provide us through the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy
